Who may contract
The MVP accepts only individuals residing in the United States and businesses established in the United States. Eligible customers may access the service while abroad. Provide accurate residence or establishment information and confirm authority to act for a business. Other markets are deferred. A US governing-law clause does not replace applicable legal obligations.
What the service does
Omnero Mail provides administrative accounts, custom-domain mailboxes, Webmail, asynchronous sending and receiving through AWS SES, delivery status, API keys and signed webhooks. Publish DNS records manually. Mobile, large attachments and complete staging acceptance remain under development; do not assume unsupported features or guaranteed delivery.
Accounts and acceptable use
Protect your credentials, control connected domains and recipients, and respect applicable anti-spam and communications laws. Do not send malware, phishing, unlawful content or unsolicited abusive traffic. Delivery can fail, bounce or be delayed. Security and abuse controls may restrict service.
Plans
Free activation and assisted paid activation follow the plan shown at signup. Selecting a paid plan records pending activation; it is not evidence of payment or a completed purchase. Limits are versioned. Refunds, cancellation charges, warranties, liability, dispute venue and governing law require legal review and are not invented here.
Deletion and preservation
Trash becomes inaccessible after 30 days from entry or permanent deletion. Physical storage cleanup runs asynchronously and retries; shared copies or draft attachments can remain. An exceptional, authorized legal preservation can retain affected data with restricted access and audit until authorized release. Deleted data cannot be restored through ordinary mailbox access. Copies held by external recipients are outside our deletion control.
Before commercial release
Supply the contracting entity, formation state, address and legal contact, validate the retention/backup schedule and request procedures, and obtain US attorney review. Acceptance records this draft version and does not cure those pending items.
